• Child Profile Information: To provide personalized milestone tracking, we collect information you provide about your child, including their Full Name, Date of Birth, and Gender. This information is used solely to calculate your child's age and display the appropriate developmental milestones.
• Milestone Progress Data: We collect the progress status (e.g., "Pending," "In Progress," "Completed") and any personal Notes you choose to save for each milestone.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Your data is used in the following ways:

• To create and manage your account, authenticate you as a user, and secure your session.
• To calculate your child's age from their Date of Birth to provide personalized, age-appropriate milestones.
• To save and display your child's milestone progress and notes, allowing you to track their development over time.
• To communicate with you regarding your account or to respond to your support requests and feedback (e.g., if you email us at our contact address).
• To update your profile or change your password at your request.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your Personal Information or your Child's Information with any third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.

Your information is only shared in the following limited circumstances:

• With Our Service Provider: Your data (like your profile and milestone progress) is securely transmitted and stored on our backend server (`baalavriddi.manacdc.com`) for the sole purpose of operating, securing, and maintaining the app's functionality (e.g., syncing your data).
• For Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

We take the security of your data very seriously. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information:

7. Children's Privacy

This Service is intended for use by **parents and legal guardians** to track the development of their children. It is not directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13. We collect information *about* children (Name, DOB, Gender) *from their parents or guardians*. The parent or guardian is in full control of this data and can edit or delete it at any time. If you are a parent and you discover that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so we can take steps to remove that information.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or correct your personal information at any time through the "Edit Profile" and "Edit Child" sections within the app. You also have the right to delete your account and all associated data.
